1. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
1.1. If you want just to cancel your subscription please contact us at support@getketoeats.com with your registration e-mail. Then your subscription will be canceled manually within around three days after contacting us via email.
2. WHAT TO DO TO HAVE A REFUND
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, you are eligible to receive a refund just following these simple steps: a) contact us via email within 10 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; b) provide us with the evidence that you have followed the plan; c) In addition to request a refund and clauses a-b, please e-mail a written application to support@getketoeats.com containing the following information:
• Related to your purchase e-mail;
• Payment method (PayPal or Card, etc. used to perform a purchase);
• Date of the payment;
• Payment receipt or any payment confirmation;
• Brief justification of the reason for the need to a refund.

We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 30 days.
